The Transport (Scotland) Bill will soon become law after MSPs voted to pass the bill. This new legislation will will introduce  keeper liability into parking contracts between drivers and landowners on private land.

Quite simply this will mean the defence of  “not the driver” will no longer work and a huge raft of court claims will thus result from parking companies issuing claims in the Sheriffs Courts across Scotland.

The BPA claim this will makes things better however it is simply a new cash cow for the parking operators.

However here at Parking Fines we are perfectly placed to fight parking tickets issued in Scotland.    You should no longer ignore a parking ticket in Scotland!  We only charge £18 to get this sorted for you

Keeper liability in Scotland is not a good thing no matter what the British Parking Association say!
